SHIPPING ASHES
PROCEDURE FOR SHIPPING ASHES:
1. Call us at (619) 297-4757.
2. We will mail or email you an authorization form.
3. Fill out the authorization form. Attach check for the total amount due.
4. Place the box of ashes in a padded box with the authorization form and payment enclosed
in the outer box. Send to us via U.S. Postal Service certified receipt to:

San Diego, CA 92166
5. Approximately 2-3 weeks after we receive the ashes, you will get your confirmation of burial
and Memorial Certificate by mail.
6. We will obtain the necessary permits and, after the ceremony, will file the necessary
documents in compliance with Federal, State and local laws.
